If you are a Gateway Lite customer, you will be upgraded to Gateway Prime when you make three (3) shipments. There is no limit on the length of time you take to make the three (3) shipments.
When a customer is on Gateway Prime, their counter is set back to zero and you must now make another three (3) shipments before your Gateway Prime membership expires. For each three (3) shipments made, your membership expiry will be extended by 3 months to allow you to continue to enjoy the benefits offered at Gateway Prime.
