How do I extend my Gateway Prime membership?
If you are already a Gateway Prime member, your membership will be valid for 3 months. If you make another 3 shipments during this period, your Gateway Prime will automatically be extended for another 3 months.
How do I check my Gateway Prime membership status?
Login to your Account and view your membership under status. If you are a Gateway Prime member, displayed will be your membership validity and the number of shipments required for your next membership extension.
I have made 3 purchases, why am I not upgraded to Gateway Prime?
Gateway Prime is awarded based on the shipments made by our members. Perhaps you might have consolidated your three purchases into less than three shipments.
