Due to our large volume of packages and in order to enhance sorting and delivery performance, the United States Postal Service has provided us with our own ZIP code (97252). However, some online stores may not recognize this yet, so we encourage you to use the old ZIP code (97220); you may use 97252 but only if a store prevents you from using the other. Both zip codes are valid.
Additionally, some online stores require a ZIP+4 code. The first five digits indicate the destination post office or delivery area. Whereas, the last 4 digits represents a specific delivery route within that overall delivery area. If asked by the online store, please use the ZIP+4 code below:

- The item has only just arrived, and is still undergoing inspection. Packages received by us and inspected to be safe for shipping, are matched to your account within 1 business day of receipt on a first-arrived-first-matched basis
- The item could be showing as delivered even though the delivery truck is only scheduled to pop by our warehouse later
- While unlikely, the package could be misdelivered even if the item has been "delivered" to the correct ZIP code. This is because multiple addresses in one U.S. region share the same ZIP code. If this has happened, please contact the online store as soon as possible, to request a refund, or replacement shipment. As the package is not at our warehouse, we are unable to assist further on this.

Crating ensures fragile items with insufficient protection arrive safely at their international destination. When an item is flagged for crating due insufficient protection, a customer may:- Ship the parcel as it is. Insurance will only cover lost or missing items, and not item damage, or
- Crate the package, so it is insured against damage. Crating fees are quoted upon request, and crating may affect final shipping weight.

However, lithium batteries are subject to additional regulations, due to the potential danger of fire. These regulations vary by country and courier, and couriers will not ship batteries to certain countries. In general:
- A package can have a maximum of two items with lithium batteries
- All lithium batteries in any form must be transported in a box
- A battery’s size and strength, and how it is packaged (example: pre-installed/ packed with device/ loose) will influence its applicable regulations and restrictions
- Loose lithium batteries (e.g., powerbanks, GoPro batteries) must be shipped separately
These regulations are complex, but our team of trained specialists can arrange for export of most lithium batteries and electronic devices containing these batteries. As a result, packages containing lithium batteries will be subject to a lithium battery processing fee.

The base charge (for the first half-kilo) of international shipping is always more than the subsequent half-kilo charges. What is OneBox?
OneBox is a special reduction service by comGateway for customers who shop from multiple online stores. Our U.S. warehouse team combines multiple orders into a container, a box or a polybag, to reduce volumetric weight. Our team discards unnecessary external packing materials (shoe boxes or gift boxes) and fit your items in the least number of boxes or polybags without compromising its safety.
How does OneBox help save on shipping cost?
Orders may arrive in a disproportionately-sized box with unnecessary packing materials. This increases your volumetric weight, leading to higher-than-necessary shipping charges. Shipping cost stacks up as more packages are received.
OneBox helps you save up to 80% in shipping weight by transferring and combining the contents of multiple packages (of your choosing) to a box or bag of the lowest possible volumetric weight.
However, if OneBox increased the resulting package's weight, we cap it to the Pre-OneBox shipping weight, and we'll refund the processing fee too!
When I avail OneBox, what happens to my packages?
Packages are removed from their rack and will not be available on your account online.
Within 1 to 2 business days, our expert repack team works on your packages: assessing item safety and repack eligibility before combining them into a box or polybag. Additional instructions such as placing apparels or electronics inside a bag are welcome and will be fulfilled provided that this will not compromise the safety of your shipment. Bulky and unnecessary packing materials, shoe boxes, and gift boxes are discarded to reduce the weight. Our team also adds safety packing materials like fragile stickers and bubble wrap when needed or requested.
How much is the OneBox fee?

How is OneBox different from consolidation?
Consolidation is shipping 2 or more separate packages together under one tracking number. This lessens your shipping cost as the base charge (first half-kilo) is only applied once without reduction on your shipping weight.
How do I avail OneBox?
- Log into your account and go to Ship > OneBox
- You will see your packages that can be safely combined together in one container. Select a minimum of two packages and click "Proceed with OneBox.”
- Select or provide packing instructions, if any.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click "Confirm."
- Complete the rest of the checkout process.
- Once checkout is complete, your packages will no longer appear on your dashboard while our warehouse team is processing your request. This can take up to two business days.
- You'll receive 2 notification emails: when your OneBox request is received and upon its completion.
- You can view your request history by going to the OneBox Requests page at the same page.
Why aren’t all my packages eligible for OneBox?
With the safety of your packages during international shipment in mind, we are excluding certain products that may pose risk or compromise your other packages. These include:
- Package containing PI-965 batteries
- Package containing prohibited goods

We charge US$ 4.00 returns administrative fee for the 1st package, and $2.50 for each additional package per transaction.
